This class is designed to be inclusive, with options to make your crepes vegan and gluten-free. For those with nut allergies, hazelnuts are seeds and can be substituted with any nut of your choice. What to bring

Ingredients
- All purpose Flour: 125g (1 cup) or gluten-free flour
- Milk: 250ml (1 cup) or vegan milk
- Eggs: 2 or vegan substitute (1/3 banana)
- Butter: 40g (3 tablespoons) or vegan oil/butter
- Salt: A pinch
- Hazelnuts: 100g (2/3 cup) or any other nuts
- Sugar: 35g (3 tablespoons)
- Dark Chocolate: 170g (6oz or 1 cup)
- Optional : Fruit of your choice
