In this unique session, you’ll learn to prepare a full meal featuring both
cinnamon sweet crepes and savory buckwheat crepes. This class offers
options for vegan and gluten-free adaptations, ensuring that everyone can
enjoy the delightful flavors of French cuisine.

Ingredients

  • Flours: 1 cup (125g) buckwheat flour and 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour (or use 2 cups all-purpose if buckwheat is unavailable)
  • Milk: 500ml (2 cups) or vegan milk
  • Eggs: 3 or vegan substitute (no eggs)
  • Butter: 110g (1/2 cup) or vegan butter/oil
  • Spices and Seasonings: Cinnamon powder, sugar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, oil
  • Aromatics: 1 chopped onion, 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • Filling: 300g (2 cups) minced beef, chicken, pork, or mushrooms, and 125g (1 1/2 cups) of your favorite cheese or vegan cheese (grated or not)
  • Vegetables: 1 tomato
  • Optional: Cumin and basil
