Ingredients

  • Buckwheat Flour: 1 cup (125g) or all-purpose flour
  • All-purpose Flour: 3 tablespoons (25g)
  • Milk: 500ml (2 cups) or vegan milk
  • Egg: 1 or vegan substitute (no eggs) 1 or vegan substitute (no eggs)
  • Butter: 90g (6 tablespoons) or vegan butter/oil
  • Ham and Cheese: 4 slices of ham (pork, turkey, chicken) and 125g (1 1/2 cups) of your favorite cheese (grated or not)
  • Vegan Option: Use vegan ham and cheese, or substitute ham with 250g (2 cups)of chopped mushrooms, 6 cloves of chopped garlic, and parsley
  • Seasoning: Salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg
